Ordering Information
How to
Order
- Fill out an order form. A printable Order Form can be found from here.
- Choose a suitable mounting size from the Size List. You can use the full indicated area
from all mounting sizes.
An oversized mount for a small image is not recommended.
- Choose a colour or colours. Available
colours are:
Black, Blue, Violet,
Red, Green,
Yellow and Orange
- For two or more colours on one stamp,
please refer to instruction regarding Multi-Colour
Stamps
- Choose a Font(s) as per our Font List.
- Logo-
Email, post
or courier to us the original or the best available artwork, preferably in
black and white. Indicate the required location of the logo, should the
logo be only part of the finished stamp. Should enlargement or reduction
of the logo be required, please also indicate the final size. The image
quality is usually better by reducing from a larger artwork instead of
enlarging.
If a sketch is supplied which requires typesetting, delivery might take
longer depending upon the complexity of the design. Artwork supplied for
stamp making will be trimmed, cut, pasted onto final artwork. Therefore,
unless indicated with your order, the artwork will not be returned.
Signature-
Please supply the signature drawn within the size limited by the
chosen mount. Always use black pen or black ballpoint pen on white paper
regardless of the colour required for the finished stamp. Eg. the stamp
can be made with red or blue ink, but the original artwork (your
signature) should be black. A signature can be treated as an artwork,
typeset wordings can be incorporated such as a name under the signature.
- All prices based upon the size of the
stamp, irrespective to the number of lines or insertion of logo. Logo or
artwork that require a high degree of manipulation might attract some
delay at our operators' discretion. If a large amount of focus is on
producing artwork, then an extra cost could be incurred, and added to your
invoice.
